Product Returns
At DEW SEW FINE, we want you to sew enjoy your purchase(s) that you refer your fine friends. Please open and inspect all items for damage and correctness upon receipt of goods. Should a problem arise with your product(s), please review our return policies and respond as promptly as possible so that we may correct your situation.
RETURN POLICIES
1) Custom items are NOT returnable
2) Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours by filling out our online form
3) All returns must be “pre-approved” by DEW SEW FINE before being returned
4) All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods
5) All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee due to the custom nature of our business
6) All returns will only be accepted in their original packaging, unless you have been granted other “pre-approval” arrangements from DEW SEW FINE
7) DEW SEW FINE reserves the right to refuse returns on any and all item(s) deemed no longer “saleable” and / or not in compliance with our high-quality standards or stated return policies, especially due to the custom nature of DEW SEW FINE
Warranty Policies
1) Any products offered for purchase on our site which have a warranty all carry different warranty policies and it would be impossible to list them all here due to the custom nature of our business
2) Any warranty, expressed or implied on hardware item(s) is that of the manufacturer of the item(s). By purchasing hardware items from DEW SEW FINE, you agree to not hold DEW SEW FINE nor any of its owners, employees, and / or affiliates liable for these products as DEW SEW FINE has no control over the quality of these products. If you are dissatisfied with a hardware product, please follow the return policies and DEW SEW FINE will work with the manufacturer to satisfy your request.
3) We believe you will be sew happy with our DEW SEW FINE products the most you will be worried about is a repair. Should your item(s) need repair at any point, please fill out our online form and request a repair to be made. Should your item be “irreparable” you agree to not hold DEW SEW FINE nor any of its owners, employees, and / or affiliates liable for an item being “irreparable”. Repair fees will vary, but we will DEW our best to keep your repair cost reasonable. Repairs can be made years after your purchase so long as the item(s) is reparable as stated above. |
